Best Practices in Classroom Management: Love and Logic

How many of us have tried system after system of discipline in an attempt to attain and/or maintain control of the classroom and facilitate an effective learning environment, only to find ourselves frustrated and ironically powerless?  Teaching with Love and Logic presents practical ways in which teachers and administrators can help their students become confident, responsible individuals, internalized in their discipline.

It is not the intent of this dissemination grant to mandate the use of this classroom management process, but rather to introduce other schools to a program that has worked for Conner Creek Academy East.  What was it like before this process was introduced?  What results were noticed once the process was being practiced by teachers, administrators and parents?  Why disseminate this information to other schools?  And, finally, what is the Love and Logic process, and how does it differ from other classroom management techniques?
